The expertise of The Kreativ Research Association is focused on the following fields:
Education – promoting education and professional training courses in rural areas and in marginalized communities (including Roma communities) paying particular attention and professional counseling to parents and families.
Work with young people (including young Roma) and inclusion; starting from 2016 we initiated research and scientific publications on a volunteer basis focusing on the situation of professional competencies of young people and recognizing their participation in the labor market. We also investigate the representatives of the immigrant social class of Romania within the EU after the liberalization of the labor market.
Volunteer work and inclusion: we aim to promote activities between students and schools from secondary schools by involving them in more informal types of education.
According to our goals, our activities deal with and connect to several areas such as:
Education and professional training
Social work research
Community development
Human rights
Environment
Youth work and volunteering
In the field of youth work, our activities are in most cases connected with the other activities of the non-governmental organization of the partners. Our main expert has been working for 15 years on youth projects as a representative of the academic field and a representative of the non-governmental sector with people from the Roma community on several projects.
The Creative Research Association (Kreativ Research Association) develops professional programs for the training of undergraduate teachers in cooperation with the Caraș-Severin Center for didactic staff at universities.
